There is something about the pool at Nicolet that brings out good swims. Teams that I have coached have always swam well there. It may be the pool configuration or something, but we usually swim fast there. (( I really doubt it has anything to do with all the “extras” on the bottom of the pool or the weird taste of the water that was reported))
23 best times is good for this late in the season. Most of the seed times for the shorter races were taken from relay splits.
Relays were above average on exchanges for the second meet in a row as well.
Good energy and team spirit were also present.
Big week of practice this week and a big meet with West on Thursday.
