100’s Till You Drop

It is always a great exercise of will, mental, and physical ability for the 100’s till you drop.  It is always one of my favorite practices because it really gives us as coach’s a bit more insight to see what really makes up the character of the athlete.

The athletes seem to embrace it and get juiced for it, and then are sometimes disappointed that they did not do better.  Which is also good to see.
